    Hey,

I have a problem to display any product filters in off-canvas with Niche theme.

    https://newshop.loftlight.eu/shop-2/

I thought it might be the default Woo filters problem – so I have installed Berocket as well – it displays above the listings, but nothing in off canvas as well. I have the off-canvas enabled.

    Hi there,

do they work if you add them to a different widget area ? Try temporarily adding them to a Footer widget

Hi David – no – it’s not working either. Do you know what may be causing the problem?

And if you temporarily enable the Sidebars and add it to a Sidebar widget – does it work?

No – nothing. Its an empty page – maybe I should reimport it from the library again?

Reimporting the site shouldn’t make any difference.
Can you enable sidebars in the shop page ( Customizer > layout > woocommrece ) and then add the widgets to the sidebar and let me know so i can take a look

https://newshop.loftlight.eu/product-category/clothing/ – ok I did – there is Price Filter Widget & Calendar in the left sidebar – only calendar is displaying.

Can you disable the Redis plugin – in case its interfering with the dynamic widgets.

Can you go to Dashboard > Woocommerce > Status > Tools and click the Update Database option.
Once the update is completed – then click the Clear template cache.

    Let me know.

How odd… in Dashboard > Tools > Site Health are there any issues being reported?

    Only 2 recommended improvements

    – Remove inactive plugins
    – Have default theme available

Ok. So I did experiment a bit and found our its probably the demo content.

    1. I have made new shop from scratch – import whole Niche – same thing (even with different theme)

    2. I have made a reset of that shop. Imported Niche options, but not the content. I have copied hooks and it works:

    https://newshop2.loftlight.eu/shop/

So I guess the problem is some kind of conflict when importing demo content

Hmmm… i tried to replicate the issue locally but could not.
I wonder if something got corrupted during the import process. Ill do some more tests.
