David
StaffCustomer SupportThat the the correct place.
If the CSS was set to inline then change it to External File and click regenerate CSS.
If it was set to External then change it to Inline. If that doesn’t resolve the issue then we will need to see the site. I tried forcing my browser location to Spain and that did not work.

We have just “open” the website for you with the credentials given, so you should be able to log-in now.
This text must be like the one on the private area.

StaffCustomer SupportI was able to login with the latest access.
I went to the page you’ve shown in the video (test.xxxxxxx.com/genesis/) but am seeing something different than what you’ve shown:
https://www.screencast.com/t/kTfSm0WxAThe code on that page is completely coming from Thrive – I can hardly tell it’s using GeneratePress as the theme.
You can see that the paragraph style is all coming from Thrive itself so GP doesn’t actually have any control over it:

Hi Leo,
I do not understand what you are saying. The problem is the difference between the font between oscarfeito.com and test.oscarfeito.com on some of the pages.
This problem started when we changed theme to GP Premium when we start redesigning it, so there is something about it. We do not have any support with thrive architect as we stopped using it because it is not good.
Please, could you help me?

StaffCustomer SupportI understand what the problem is.
As I explained above, I went to the page you’ve shown in your video (test.xxxxxxx.com/genesis/), and this is what I’m seeing:
https://www.screencast.com/t/kTfSm0WxAThe code from that page is completely coming from Thrive including the paragraph style so GP doesn’t have any control over it:

It could be that your previous theme was overwriting Thrive’s style.
Can you try activating a twenty series WP theme on the test site? I believe you would see the exact same thing as using GeneratePress.
