    Hi,
    I am working on a re-design and I changed to GP Premium.
    There were many pages built with Thrive Architect, and with the change to GP, the fonts on those pages changed. It make no sense because I did not even go inside those pages, but they have changed…so now I have a big problem because the are many many pages built with thrive architect and I coul not go inside every single page to fix it manually

    Can you please help? it is very important. Thanks!

    The problem site link isn’t working for me – getting a 502 Bad Gateway error.

    Hi,

    Yes, I have just confirmed and the access data is ok.
    The problem is probably something about a firewall in the server, so you have to set your browser with Spanish language, also you can try with a VPN.

    Unfortunately not as I’ll have a hard time navigating my own browser.

    Maybe let’s try some debugging test first:

    – Do you see the same issue when using a twenty series WP theme?

    – Are you able to start a new install and replicate the issue that way?

    – Can you capture a small video to show the problem?

    I’ve not heard other reports on this so perhaps it’s something in your install. We will find out ๐Ÿ™‚

    can you check the Customizer > Colors > Body and Customizer > Typography > Body ? Are these the correct settings ?

    Yes I do and everything is ok. The problem only appears on the thrive architect pages… the other ones are perfect

    Do you have any cache plugins enabled on the site ? If so can you try disabling them to see if you’re seeing Cached CSS ?

    Go to Customizer > General – which CSS Print Method is being used ?
    Whichever method it is , change it to the alternative and then click Regenerate CSS
