You're using an old version of our child theme "Forefront".

I see you made some changes to it, so updating isn't possible.

What you might want to do is replace your child theme functions.php file with the latest version: https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/forefront/1.0.4/functions.php

Doing that should make the options appear :)
