After the last update (GP-Premium? GeneratePress?) the line break in header is broken. The letters slide over each other.
Sorry, my English is bad, Google Translator only helps a little.Greetings, wlw2014gp
August 17, 2017 at 8:06 am #367975LeoStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Can you try clearing browser cache and caching plugin if you are using one?
If this doesn’t work any chance you can link us to the site?
Thanks!
August 17, 2017 at 8:34 am #368003Wilfried WoerdemannHi,
seems the error is not the cache. If I have long headlines it wouldn’t appear a second line so all letters are crumbeld together.
See here an example on my site:
What could I do now?
Thanks for helping.

August 17, 2017 at 8:45 am #368017LeoStaffCustomer SupportYou have line height set to 0 in Customizer > Typography > Headings > H1
August 17, 2017 at 9:00 am #368035Wilfried WoerdemannWith line height 1,5 em the problem is still there.
August 17, 2017 at 9:12 am #368053LeoStaffCustomer SupportCan you try clearing caching plugin?
I still see this:
h1 { font-family: "Roboto", sans-serif; line-height: 0em; }
Or did you add that?
August 17, 2017 at 9:25 am #368059Wilfried WoerdemannIn Customizer > Typography > Headings > H1 I dont’t have the possibility to change the line height. Only for H4 I can change the line heigt. Could it be that this might be an error in the customizer?
Thanks for helping.

August 17, 2017 at 9:29 am #368066LeoStaffCustomer SupportYeah that doesn’t sounds right.
So only H4 has a line height slider? If so can you try #1 on this page?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/Can you also disable the caching plugin for now? Thanks!
August 17, 2017 at 9:59 am #368086Wilfried WoerdemannI don’t have this problem with other GP Installations. Could it be a problem with another plugin, but deactivate/activate the other plugins doesn’t help. I will try the other debugging-tips.
Thanks for now.

August 17, 2017 at 10:02 am #368088LeoStaffCustomer SupportI see one console error which is from a plugin product catalog. I assume you deactivated that as well but it didn’t help?
August 17, 2017 at 11:08 am #368125Wilfried WoerdemannNo I have delete this plugin “product catalog”, but it didn’t help. The cache plugin is still deactivated.
August 17, 2017 at 11:15 am #368136LeoStaffCustomer SupportSo sliders don’t show if you disable all other plugins?
If so can you send us access through Account Issue here? https://generatepress.com/contact/
August 17, 2017 at 11:28 am #368149Wilfried WoerdemannI have sent the data now. Thanks!
August 17, 2017 at 11:37 am #368160LeoStaffCustomer SupportJust making sure you’ve tried deactivating all non-GP plugins?
August 17, 2017 at 12:52 pm #368226Wilfried WoerdemannAs is it like an operation “at the open heart” I deactivated one plugin after another, only one by one, because otherwise the website wouldn’t work. So, do you understand? I didn’t deactivevated all plugins all at once.
Any Idea? What shall I do now?
