[Support request] Problems installing GP Premium in my WPdashboard

When I installed GP Premium, I got an error message, to do with a wrong file extenxion. Now my dashboard is no longer showing any options to install new themes other than WP themes. Right now I’m stuck with the default WP theme. How do I get rid of the default and upload the GP Prem theme? Sorry, I’m really new at this!
