Problem with mobile and tablet height of my header

The height of the header on my pc is okay, but mobile and tablet shows a white gap.
Can I adjust this for mobile and tablet?

in Customizer > Layout > Header - select the Mobile view and reduce the Top padding.

2 qustion Is there in GP a parameter to hide the page title? I can't find it.

The issue you raised regarding the header height I answered here:
If you reduce the padding it will reduce the white space.
However for that particular design you would better adding header background image as the Site Logo in Customizer > Site Identity.
Can you start a new topic regarding the page title.
