Hello
When installing the plugin, as the theme, in the option to customize does not appear the options of the addons. Why could it be? If I have my license and I have all the requirements already installed

Not quite sure what you mean but make sure you install the theme with the instruction here:
https://generatepress.com/install-generatepress/
and then the plugin as the instruction here:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/
