[Resolved] Problem – Customising ▸ Colors

When I use this add on to change the colours I now only get a choice 6 colours p0lus black and white. I want differnt shdes to those offered and these appear to be no longer available.

Those are just suggested colors. You can move your cursor around inside the area with all of the colors/hues to choose your specific color.

That was possible – but now the area below the colour blocks is all white and clicking inside this box does not give me any other colour option – I have a screen shot if I can send it to you

Would be happy to do this if I could understand it, Tom.
btw: I have two WP sites on different domains and each has the same problem and I think the problem coincided with upgrade to WIN10.

You just need to deactivate all of your plugins and see if it works.

If it does, activate them one by one until you see the issue arise again.

This will tell us if it’s a plugin causing the issue.

Wouldn’t be a Windows 10 issue, that’s what I’m running 🙂
