Primary Navigation not showing

I am having this issue with the Primary Navigation not showing. When I go to customize the page it shows the menu. The Primary Navigation is not checked in the Disable Elements. This the page I am working on https://kevintunis.staging.wpengine.com/26444-2/
Hi there,
Just want to double check, so you have a primary navigation created with menu items in it?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-wordpress-menu-builder/#setting-a-theme-location
Let me know :)
Yes
Here is a screen shot of the page: The first when viewing, the second when customizing
So it's showing in customizer preview.
Do you have any caching plugin or server caching?
That's generally the issue.
If not then can you run through #1 here to eliminate plugin conflict?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/
Odd how it is not showing. I ran through #1 no plugin conflict. I switched to WordPress theme (TwentySeventeen) still no primary navigation. I then decided to try a different theme Woocommerce Storefront I can see the primary navigation. Any ideas on where to look so I can possibly resolve this? It just feels like I am missing something - like something is check or just not switching on.
Can you make sure the option here is not set to no navigation? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-location/
It's set to Below Header
Strange - does the site have any custom functions added to it?
If not, feel free to send us temporary admin login details and I'll take a look: https://generatepress.com/contact/
What email do I send the temporary admin login mine is kevintunis@gmail.com
You can send it through the Account Issue form here: https://generatepress.com/contact/

Hmm, I see no reason why it wouldn't show up. No custom functions or templates changed, all the settings are correct.
I see you're on WPEngine, have you tried flushing the server cache?
WPEngine says you cannot flush the server cache on the staging server. I did uninstall GP shut off all plugins and reinstall GP. It still does not work. Would creating a child theme make a difference?
No, I don't think so.
So when you install GP on a fresh WordPress install on WPEngine, does the navigation show up?
Do you have any other sites on the server experiencing a similar issue?
