Primary Menu, not working right

My primary menu is 2 layers deep. On desktop version the menu works fine.
On mobile, the submenus are not clickable. When I click on the menu item or arrow to show the submenu, the page goes to the first level link.

No, that is not true. Clearly. This topic concerns the Primary menu which is accessible through the customizer.
The other topic was an extra menu that was not accessible through the customizer but was a Mobile Menu made using filters. You could not help me with that so I simplified the problem for you.
I can not get the primary menu to work correctly.
It really looks like the same issue for me.

Right. I can see the issue - the sub menu isn't accssible.
Can you set it to Click - Arrow here?

When I set it to click arrow, now it does not work correctly on Desktop and Mobile.
When I set it to Hover, it works correctly on Desktop but not Mobile.
Can we please stick to one topic for now?
We will come back to this one later.
