Post Issue (x2)

Hi guys, I'm having the image issue as here again: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/post-issue/ when no new plugins have been added (as far as I'm aware). I've also purged the cache, cleared the history / data on my phone then checked again and it's still the same. I also opened the site in incognito mode and this is what happens...

The latest post is "10 signs he will never come back", the cover image shows fine on homepage, but when you click on the page itself, it shows the cover page of "how to accept your relationship is over" - which is an old post but the last one I updated (I changed the image on it.) The post before that is 20 long distance relationship gifts, and again, it's showing the same thing - the other cover image, not its own one.
I also tested to see if it was to do with the homepage Show Posts set up, but it's not, because when you click on the category, then click on the posts, it does the same thing.
Let me know if you'd like temporary site logins to explore further.

can you temporarily disable the WP optimize plugin so i can take a look ?
Sorry, I thought that was already deactivated it, perhaps my developer added it back on. All done.
With it disable the correct post images are being displayed.
It may be worth speaking with the WPO plugin author about excluding some CSS from their cache.
In the meantime, one thing to try is: Dashboard > GenerateBlocks and change the CSS Print Method to inline.

The image issue is happening again and I don't have the WP Optimise plugin anymore. Do you know why it could be happening this time? And is there anything else you recommend we try to stop it?
This time - the only good thing, is the image shows the wrong image, then as you scroll, it jumps back to the image it's supposed to be (whereas before it just stayed with the wrong image, even with scrolling) so that's probably a good thing? I've cleared the cache so I don't think it's that?

i see this CSS being added to your site - which contains the incorrect image:
Looking at the URL its the flying press plugin that is caching the old image in the used.css.
Check with Flying Press if its possible to exclude an element from being cached. If they can provide how to do that we can help you implement it.
