Pop-up scan code login

I need to make a login page of my website into a pop-up window to scan the code to log in. You can check my website cs2.haluda.cn (you may need a VPN), a page called "测试登录" on my website makes a pop-up login.

Can you help me with a custom code. The plugin in the link doesn't work for me. If I do custom code, do I have to tell you the effect in more detail?
