Pagespeed site

My pagespeed for desktop is almost 100%, but mobile stays around 45 a 50, ive tryd every setting in general. But wich setting is the best? external css or inline etc. Please help me to get the mobile speed faster.

External CSS is better for performance in most cases.
Unfortunately I'm not sure if there is too much we can do here - the content of your page is all coming from Elementor and page builders tend to be slow.
