On my Blog, there is the pagenation.
I wanna show the previous and next button even though the block is empty.

Could you help me with this?

Yes that is what I mean.
I want the preivous and next button to be present always.

The default behavior of WordPress only displays those if there is a corresponding older or newer post. To show both all the time, you would need a custom code. Unfortunately, such custom development would be out of our scope of support.
