Hello there,
I’ve just started building a new website using wordpress/generate press. I already use Generate Press on a different website so am fundamentally familiar with it.
However, the Layout option seems to missing from my page editor in the new site? I need to locate it as I want to hide the page title.
Can you help me with this?

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Can you take a look at the second gif here and see if it’s the issue?

Hi there,
In my options settings, I don’t have “Options” as shown in the second gif. I have “Preferences”.
In it, I have detected Panels and it says that Layout is turned on.

Strangely, after just rebooting I can no longer find an “options” or a “preferences”.
The options in the second gif only display “view”, “editor”, “plugins” “tools”.

StaffCustomer SupportAny chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
Let me know 🙂

Yup, I’ve only installed Yoast so far and have just deactivated and deleted it. Nothing has changed yet though.

Actually there were also a few Siteground plugins. I’ve also deactivated them too. The only plugin I have right now is the GP Premium.

OK, I now have access to layout but when selecting disable “content title” or “header”, nothing changes.

StaffCustomer SupportStrange – I see the header is disabled but the content title is still there.
Any caching plugins or server caching/optimization?

No other plugins other than GP premium. I’m not really sure about server cashing/optimisation but I’m using the same host (siteground) as another website that I also use Generate Press on with no other problems.

The Purge Cache option has also now gone missing.

StaffCustomer SupportCan you provide the dashboard access for me to take a look?
Please leave all plugins disabled except GP premium.

OK, I’ve got the Purge Cache back by activating the SiteGround plugins.
I still can’t manage to hide the individual page titles though.
