Page Hero Background Video / delay showing the video

Hi guys!

First of all, million thanks to GeneratePress team. I just love your theme and GenerateBlocks!

Today I created a Page Hero with backround video. Your documentation was easy enough and I was able to figure out quite fast how to. The backround video is in the Frontpage. There`s only one thing I wish was better: it takes too long time the video to start. Am I able to speed things up.

Lenght of the video: 34 s.
Size of the video: 22 Mb

Hi there,

There isn't anything the theme can do to help with this unfortunately.

22MB definitely takes a bit to load.

Now the video is in my Page library. Does things change if I use cloudservice (Vimeo)?

Am I able to do that?

Vimeo should work as David suggested here:

Just need to make sure you have a direct link to the video.
