Page Header settings not appearing on particular pages

Interesting problem I haven't seen before - all new pages and pages WITHOUT a custom header no longer display any of the options or meta boxes. Pages WITH a custom header before updates still seem to be present.
Instead, I'm getting a select input only that does nothing.

Settings on this page are identical to pages that do have custom page headers.

The page header has been updated in GP Premium 1.4 https://generatepress.com/gp-premium-1-4/. Please refer to the documentation as well https://docs.generatepress.com/collection/page-header/

Wow, thanks, not sure how I missed that entirely! Guess I've had tunnel vision on my admin panel. Love the idea of global headers. :)
