Page Header section not appearing

Hi, it's been a few months since I've resumed my website project, including needing a Generate press update and Wordpress update, etc. In my previous pages in the wordpress editor, the Page Header section is automatically there. However in current pages I've created, the Page Header section is not. Or if it is, it's not obvious. This may be super simple, but how can I access the Page Header section in my current pages?

I'm just now seeing a "Page Headers" option in the left column of my website editor. Is this a new feature?
