Page Header disappeared from WP menu

Yesterday installed the last version of GPPremium, and the bottom of the Page Header disappeared from the Menu of the Wordpress. I installed GP Premium again and when I upgraded for the last version it was gone once more. What can I do to use this function or where can I find it.

Sounds like you're updating to GPP 1.7, which is currently a release candidate.
