Optimizar la entrega de CSS

Hola, la web va muy rápida y ahora más al instalar WProcket pero el problema que me genera es que al mirar Google Page Speed da un valor menor a 60 diciendo: optimizar la entrega de css.
¿El valor es muy bajo, hay alguna forma de solucionar esto?
