    Hi there,
    I have again the same problem that the slideout menu is not shown. The problem was already solved here but somehow it reappears.
    So I would like to ask for your help to understand how I can come to a stable solution. On the origin server I have no optimization plugin, only Redis Object Cache active. Then there is the Ezoic proxy and Cloudflare.
    In the customizer I see the navigation menu correctly (screenshot), but on the web only the white semi-transparent overlay and the close button appear (screenshot).

    Hi there,

    I believe we’ve already determined that this is not a GP issue so I’m not sure how we can help to find a solution.
    GP’s code is static so it wouldn’t have an issue that only occurs sometimes.

    Have you tried #1 in debugging tips here?

    And remove all your custom CSS to eliminate conflicts?

    It’s the only way to solve odd issues like this one.

    Hi Leo,
    nobody is perfect and there are still other issues open with Generateblocks.

    I have no idea why the problem is occurring again. Once a problem was found in the CSS and solved. But overall I got the CSS for the navigation here in the support forum and my question now is simply if you can see if it is scrambled up somehow and somewhere. This would help me with troubleshooting. I’m not a CSS expert and I’m not at interpreting developer consoles. That’s why I asked you guys for help.

    I don’t see any obvious issues with the CSS.

    Can you go through the recommended debugging steps first?

    I enabled debug on the live site but there is only one entry about a database limit
    has exceeded the 'max_user_connections' resource

    It looks like something happens in Ezoic Leap. When Leap is turned off, the menu works as desired.

    Glad to hear 🙂

    For what it’s worth, we’ve heard lots of issues caused by Ezoic, and personally, I would not recommend using that plugin.
