Simply go to Settings > Permalinks and click the Save Changes.
You don't need to make any changes before doing that.

Can you try temporarily setting the Permalink setting to Plain and test?

If that doesn’t work, can you try re-creating the Block Element? The contents of the Block Element can be copied as such: https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zurGEn8

If that doesn’t work as well, we might need to delete and recreate your .htaccess file. Can you first try adding really simple SSL?: https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/

This plugin can check if you have a .htaccess, and create one if there isn’t.
