No space under hero Element

Hi.How to allow space ab above content only in specific pages AND in blog posts?
I user hero elements in Pages and if I allow padding content, that leaves a gap under the hero. Is there a different approach?
I want the header with the menu to overlay that hero.

can i see a page with the padding so i can better understand the problem ?
For that kind of layout i would set the Content Container to Full Width:

That will give you a full width page without any theme padding.
You can then style each Container Block to include padding where needed, and you won't need to set each Container Block to full width either
Did so. Didn't change anything for the top Element
I am not seeing the Full Width class added to that page, are you using any Caches ? If so can then be cleared ?
