newbiee question how do design a page like elmentor way?

i assume you're using the Classic editor plugin, if so then you need to remove that so you can use the Block Editor.

aha i see, also is it possible to use elementor with your system?

Yes you can use Elementor with GP. There are a few sites within the Site Library using Elementor. To see them in Appearance > GeneratePress > Site Library, set the Page Builder filter to Elementor

What you cannot do though is Edit exiting Blocks with Elementor.

There isn't a built-in feature for dropdown selection/sort.

You will either need a plugin (not aware of a one with this specific option) or a custom solution.

somebody told me that this site please see private info, is done with post page and single post info and is done with elementer pro.

i wish to show the info from a page like that you see on the website no need for dropdown. just that the page info is showen in that way with text tags and clickable.

is it possible with your system with out elementer pro?

Using the Block Editor with the GenerateBlocks plugin ( Free version will do ).
You can create a Block Element - Content Template:

Using the GB Container Block to create the background, and GB Headline Blocks you can add and style your own Dynamic text for the Title and Meta tags.

i having difficult with generatepress is more diffcutl than i tought is going to be, i am more used with elementor.
