1) Can you just tell me shortcode to show 6 posts instead of 3 and if possible to show popular ones?

2) I mean on single post under social buttons on bottom where shows categories then it shows like 2 posts images with previous and next button. Is it possible to show this in a different way and show 3 or 4 instead of 2.

3) Can you tell me examples of options availables?

There is no option to show popular posts within WPSP unfortunately. Not sure how one can define popular either.

2. That's actually the Custom Post Navigation as explained here:

You'd need a related posts plugin to show 3 or 4 posts.

3. I haven't used any related posts plugin before so I can't offer any suggestions but if you Google "related posts wordpress", there should be lots of articles and options about it.

I have manage to show 7 posts on WP Show Posts >> Sidebar the thing is I change value to 8 but, only shows 7, is there a reason for this?

2) You can disable the post navigation (there is no related posts) inside the hooks elements:

1) I think that might be the problem but, just one question are this posts showed as last posts posted order or is shown as popular posts order? If is shown as last posted post order is it possible to show popular ones?
