Need Developer/Designer for New Light-weight, GP Redesign

Apologies if I'm not supposed to solicit dev or design help here. I'm not on FB and cannot access the GP FB group.
Looking for experienced developers and/or designers to help redesign my GP site:
- I have paid for GP Advanced and will continue to support.
- I understand PHP, basic WP development - can speak the language
- Need someone with an eye for design, colors, presentation.
- MUST be lightweight, run fast!
- Incorporate existing logo and some custom shortcodes that use Footable (Open to changing this though it will take work!)
