Navigation missing on mobile site - help!

The menu has gone from my mobile site! When a visitor clicks the navigation icon, a blank dark colour overlay appears. The website is set to have a slide out menu.
Any help gratefully received.

Hi there,
go to Appearance > Menus, edit the menu you want displayed, and in its Locations check the Off Canvas

Hi David,
This IS exactly what I have and it's giving me the blank off-canvas menu as seen. LOL, I'm at a loss so I guess I'll have to go without the off-canvas menu.
