Hello, how can i improve my website speed? I’m not impressed when I do speed tests. My website is https://victormatara.com/. Kindly have a look at it and let me know what to work on so that the speed may increase.

Optimize your images using something like Shortpixel.
Install a caching plugin.
Upgrade to faster hosting on something like Digital Ocean’s $5/mo plan or get a dedicated server, non shared hosting with any company.

If you are still having issues, try disabling all plugins except GP Premium and see if you can determine if certain plugin(s) are causing the issue.
