You can disable and enable plugins if needed.
I’m afraid it’s against our policy to do direct changes to user’s sites as it can make us potentially liable if anything bad happens. We can only guide or point you to the right direction.
I disable all plugins, can you please help me find the cause? I haven’t found it yet.

What this means is, there must’ve been a plugin that caused the issue.
It can be from the page being cached. (you have 2 caching plugins. Autoptimize and WP Rocket)
It can be from conflict with the other plugins.
That said, you can try activating them one by one and check which ones will break it.
