[Support request] Moving Text on Mobile Only

Is it possible to move the homepage text on the top banner, only on mobile, not on desktop? As I’m editing and happy with how it looks on Desktop and iPad, but the Mobile (where most of the traffic will actually go) doesn’t quite look right. Is there a code I can add so I move an element only on mobile?

NOTE: You previously answered a similar question for me on another site (https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/moving-an-image-on-mobile-only/), but with this one, there’s not a column so there’s no “order field”, it’s just a single element I think so wondering if there’s a different way to do it?
