On a different mobile, with the same browser, does the issue exist?

I have only one mobile.
I tested with few web browser only. but not all of course.

I see. I tried installing DuckDuckGo and accessing your site from my personal mobile, and couldn’t replicate the issue. The list texts are the same size no matter the level.

Might be a browser issue isolated to your device.
