Mobile Navigation - Cart / Search positions

Hi Guys

can you assist - on the desktop my nav layout left to right is > Menus, Shopping Cart, Search.
On mobile its Menus, Search, Shopping Cart.

Is it possible to rearrange mobile nav order to match desktop?

I'm not using the mobile header - where the positioning is correct.
