Mobile Menu will not expand open

I'm seeing a console error.

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Deactivated plugins. It turns out a plugin called 'Autoptimize' was preventing the mobile menu dropdown to expand.
