Mobile menu on desktop >> mobile header "on" causes jumping by page load

Hello,
I would like to have a centered logo with mobile menu on desktop as well. I have achieved this by following this thread. The only problem is that the pages are "jumping" by reload. However I have realized, when I switch the mobile header off in the customizer, the pages are reloading smoothly again. Is there any solution to solve this issue? I don´think that there are any caching issues, I´m using WAMP on my own PC. I have also Elementor free installed but it shouldn´t be the problem. When I disable Elementor the issue still persists.
I have just purchased Elementor Premium and like it very much:).

Yes, this is strange. Now when I uploaded the site to the staging server from WAMP, the logo has stoped jumping. There is still a white flash even when I reload the same page. Is there anything you could do about it?
I don't think so.
