Mobile menu not working

Hi guys,
Hope all is well with you all.
I'm finding our mobile menu dropdown hamburger thing is no longer working. I've read the following support posts so assume the issue is Autoptimise which we use. I'll go ahead and disable the aggregate JS feature but obviously not ideal as we've spent a ton of time and energy trying to improve speed so wondering if youve come across any other solutions to get this working?

Can you make sure you are using the suggested settings for Autopimize here?

Thanks heaps for the help. I have gone back in and updated the settings to these recommended. I have a bunch more excluded javascript scripts than what the guidance shows as we had a developer help us optimise so not sure if those extra scripts could be causing the issue? I have added the seal.js script as that was the only one that was missing. Not sure if that would make a difference though.
The only other change was removing the emojis which doesn't feel like it has anything to do with the issue.
These tweaks haven't fixed the problem though - any other ideas?

Not sure if I fully understand.
So when you apply the setting exactly like the documentation, the mobile menu is still not working?
In this case, can you disable all plugins except GP premium and Autopimize and let us take a look?
