    Hi!

I have a custom link menu item ( #llrmloginlogout# ) that shows up fine on desktop but not in my mobile menu. Please advise.

    Thank you,

Exactly. Well, then the problem is browser/OS specific, on my android phone in chrome it doesn’t show. What to do?

I’ve never seen this issue before.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache on your phone?

Do you happen to have another phone to test this?

I deleted the cache, no change. I tested it on my android tablet, nothing….

On what phone did it work for you and what OS?

    Hi there,

the login menu item is missing from my iPhone on Safari and Chrome.
There is no markup for that menu item displaying on the device.

Check to see if your server has Page Caching for Mobile devices, and try clearing that.

If not – how is the login item added ? Is it a plugin ?

Hi. My question was for Leo that where do you HAVE this menu item at all on mobile? I was trying to see if there was an exception

The answer is in the title: it is a CUSTOM LINK simply written in the standard WP menu like this: #llrmloginlogout# .

And originally yes, it is a plugin shortcode that has been working fine for example in the topbar:

Thanks David for your help as well…

Can you check the Plugin settings – is there a Hide Links on Mobile option that is enabled ?

Well —- I didn’t see that coming… :))) There IS a Hide links checkbox hidden.. Thanks a lot.
