I have a custom link menu item ( #llrmloginlogout# ) that shows up fine on desktop but not in my mobile menu. Please advise.

Exactly. Well, then the problem is browser/OS specific, on my android phone in chrome it doesn’t show. What to do?October 3, 2020 at 2:46 pm #1470959LeoStaffCustomer SupportOctober 3, 2020 at 11:53 pm #1471201Endre
I deleted the cache, no change. I tested it on my android tablet, nothing….
On what phone did it work for you and what OS?October 4, 2020 at 5:56 am #1471492DavidStaffCustomer Support
the login menu item is missing from my iPhone on Safari and Chrome.
There is no markup for that menu item displaying on the device.
Check to see if your server has Page Caching for Mobile devices, and try clearing that.
If not – how is the login item added ? Is it a plugin ?October 4, 2020 at 10:19 pm #1472368Endre
Hi. My question was for Leo that where do you HAVE this menu item at all on mobile? I was trying to see if there was an exception
The answer is in the title: it is a CUSTOM LINK simply written in the standard WP menu like this: #llrmloginlogout# .
And originally yes, it is a plugin shortcode that has been working fine for example in the topbar:
