Hi GeneratePress Team,

I have an issue with my Menu, it overlaps my blog posts. I have sent you a private link to my website so you can have a look. Thanks

Hi, can anyone help please? Still awaiting a response to my first question.

Hi Ying,

First, I know that's normal behaviour on Desktop but I'm talking about mobile. Two, there's a reason I sent you my site privately, it wasn't for you to reveal it by sending the link you did. That wasn't professional.

Kindly, take a look at my site on mobile to see what I mean. Thanks.

Plus, your last statement was very rude. It could and should have been phrased better.

Hi there,

First, I know that’s normal behaviour on Desktop but I’m talking about mobile.

Sorry for the misunderstanding - this wasn't specified in the initial question.

Two, there’s a reason I sent you my site privately, it wasn’t for you to reveal it by sending the link you did.

I've edited Ying's screenshot. Sorry about that.

As for your question, can you make sure there is a solid color set here?

Please also disable Autopimize if you need further help with this - it helps us to see the source code.

Thanks!

Thanks, I have set it to a solid white color but there's no difference. I have also disabled Autopmize. Kindly have a look now. Thanks for your help.

Hi Gloria,

That’s odd. The color isn’t being added somehow. By any chance, would you be able to provide temporary admin login credentials so we can take a closer look at this issue?

Yes, that's fine. Thank you. Sent the details.

Hi there,

In Customizer > Additional CSS you have this CSS:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1600px) {
    .main-nav {
        width: 1780px;
        height: 80px
    }
}

Delete that as its the cause of the issue.

Thanks so much, this has done the trick. I'm very grateful and have gotten in touch with my ad company as this code was part of their joining requirement. I'll see what they have to say.

Glad to hear that worked.
Let us know if there is anything specific that they are trying to achieve, we can then assess a way of doing it without it breaking the site :)
