[Support request] Menu is not shown in mobile display

Hi there,
my menu will not be shown in mobile display. I think there must be an mistake in generatepress premium, because it´s shown on desktop and when I select on desktop the mobile display. Please take a look: ETF-Blog.com.

Hi Jurgen,

These kinds of issues usually occur because of a badly optimized/cached file.

Specifically, usually, some form of combination/merging/minification of JS and CSS files causes this issue.

Can you try #1 here beginning with caching and optimization plugins?: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/

Hi Fernando,

I have switched off all plugins excepted the Ezoic-plugin. The issue was the same.

But I have found out that the issue appears only on wp-pages, not on wp-articles/contributions.

What can I do more to make my mobile menu working on wp-pages? Do you have an idea?

To clarify, do you have a menu assigned to the Off Canvas Menu? I’m now seeing the Off Canvas Menu from my end but it has no menu items.

If don’t have one assigned yet, you may assign one through Appearance > Customize > Menus.

If you’re still not seeing the Off Canvas Menu, it would be best to test with Ezoic optimization settings disabled temporarily(if you haven’t tried) to assure that Ezoic is not causing this.

Hi Fernando,

I have switched off all plugins again – including Ezoic – and there was no change. My menu is not shown on Home. On all other pages it is available, not at Home (-page). Please test it.

On Desktop it´s shown, it´s shown in Mobile-Version, when I choose Mobile-Display on Desktop, but it´s not shown on my mobile. And only on the Home(-page). On all other pages it´s shown. Please test it.
In between I´m shure its an error/mistake at GeneratePress / at this theme (Marketer, I have choosen). May it be?

Hi Fernando,

there is already an Off Canvas Menu set. If I test the mobile version on Desktop everything is okay. But on my Mobile the menu is not shown on Home – as before. You can test it yourself (https://etf-blog.com).

I still see the Ezoic Used CSS being loaded, so somewhere its optimizations are still being loaded.
Can you speak to Ezoic about how to properly disable this?
