LOGO WILL NOT STAY CENTERED AND MOBILE MENU BROKEN

But as for the logo:

There doesn't seem to be any logo assigned to your mobile header. It only displays the site branding.

To assign a logo to the Mobile header, go to Appearance > Customize > Layout > Header and add your mobile logo there.
