LOGO WILL NOT STAY CENTERED AND MOBILE MENU BROKEN

Hey guys,
I woke up today and found website has a couple of issues. The logo in the header is aligned left (https://tinyurl.com/yzkwb7rp) and the mobile menu does not open (https://tinyurl.com/yk6ojfea). I had the logo centered and above the menu. We made no changes on our end.

We are using AMP so I'm thinking maybe that has something to do with the changes?
I've tried all of the required steps (clear cache, disable plugins, reboot, etc) and nothing has worked. I'm pretty stumped on this one and would appreciate some help as soon as you can.
Thanks!
Kevin
Hi Kevin,
Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium for us to take a look?
Please make sure you are using the latest version of GP Premium as well.
Let me know :)
I just deactivated the plug-ins. Thanks for the help!
My site is currently a mess after I deactivated the plugins, please let me know when I can turn them back on ASAP
Hi Kevin,
Just want to make sure that you have this compatibility plugin installed as well?

Let me know :)
I do
So the issue wasn't fixed with all plugins disabled?
I see that the plugins are all activated again now.
Can you start a staging site so we can do some further debugging without messing up the live site?
We haven't had other reports on this so will take a more time.
Thanks!
Plug-ins are deactivated (GP premium is on). Please continue and thank you!
I feel like AMP is the problem here.
Are you able to disable that to test?
It is disabled
I've hard cleared my browser cache and used incognito mode but still seeing it in the source code:

Sorry check now
Strange. Definitely still seeing the AMP code as shown in my previous screenshot.
Any server level cache?
No
Please use the staging site to look into this if you can. Credentials sent privately.
