Logo doesn't appear

With the link that you sent it directs me to the support forum again as it's not a pre-sale question- is this correct? I'm not quite sure what to do to give you dashboard access.

you can send it via the pre-sales or click where it says Accounts Issue.
So we need:

1. Your Site URL
2. Admin / Password
3. And include this URL for the topic in the form ( so we cant track ):

I've just sent through the information you need now. I needed to send it under the pre-sales tab as it wouldn't allow me to send it under the account issue tab for some reason (it said there was an error with a field but I gave all the info asked for).

I unchecked this option:

And disabled EWWW Image Optimizer and the logo is now showing :)

Thank you! I can see the logo when I view my site on my laptop but not on my mobile- is it possible to see my logo on the mobile version too? No worries if not.

Also, will disabling the EWWW Image Optimizer slow my website down? If so, is there another solution?
