    Hello,

    I am very happy with the theme and the support team.

    But when I renewed the license yesterday, I received an email that seemed to be about a new purchase (and not a license renewal).

    Last year when I renewed the license I didn’t get this kind of email from you.

    The question is: can I rest assured that GP continues to function correctly on all my sites automatically?

    Can anyone on the support team check if the renewal was successful?

    That e-mail is not specifically for your renew. It’s for the Black Friday promotion.

    Hi Leo,

    so on 14-04-2021, I will have the license extension on all my sites, automatically, I will not have to change anything on my sites.

    The sites will continue to work correctly with the GP settings, which I entered years ago.

    It’s correct?

    Not sure if I fully understand. But your license will be expired in 2022, not 2021.

    After the license key expires, your site and premium plugin will continue to work. A valid license key is needed only for plugin updates and premium support in the forum here.

    An email of this type looks like an email about a new purchase of the product, and not a license renewal.

    I don’t want to have problems on websites where GeneratePress has been installed for over a year already.

    Hi there,

    This is a limitation of the system we’re using – it doesn’t have different emails from renewals.

    Once renewed, you don’t need to anything at all – everything is automatic πŸ™‚
