Licence Key premium

Hello,
My premium license key does not work in installing the theme on a new website.
How do I activate auto updates?

error message : 403 Forbidden. Your server is not able to communicate with generatepress.com in order to activate your license key.

Can you check with your hosting company to make sure they can reach generatepress.com - if they can then provide us your IP address so we can check if its being blocked.

Yes, he accepts, I have already installed the theme on another website with the same host: OVH. But not in the premium version.

We’ve been getting a lot of issues with OVH and there isn’t a solution right now unfortunately.

You can keep the license key deactivated and still use all the options from GP premium.
Just need to update manually when updates are available.
