1. Go to appearance > element, find the Header element assigned to Post.

2. Change Page hero > Container to contained.

3. Change site header > Merge with Content to No merge.

I've follow the step.

But, header section is include to title post

The example site you provided has NO Sidebars - whereas your site does - are you intending to keep the sidebars ? If so do you want the header element just above the content? Or above both the content and sidebar?
