Yep it’s the same with the primary menu

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperWhat kind of phone are you using?
I just went to your site using Android and was able to open the menu.
When I tapped “Contact”, it opened the dropdown menu and didn’t go to the Contact.
When I tapped contact a second time, it took me to the page.
So on Android, this is working correctly.
I also just tried on iOS and it worked perfectly – first tap opens the dropdown, second tap opens the page.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperWhich is Chrome, correct?
Weird, I’ll have to look into this. Fixing things that aren’t broken for you is super hard, so I’ll try some different methods.

There you go, it appears to be a stock Android browser issue.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperCan you give it a try on Chrome and confirm if it works or not?
That will be very helpful in solving this 🙂

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperCan you try replacing /generatepress/js/navigation.js with this file?

Thanks, I’ll test it out. I tried it on an iphone safari browser without the issue too.

Updated the .js file
OK… if I tap on the “Contact us” text it works ok, that is it doesn’t load the contact page and drops down the sub menu, but… when I retap on the “Contact us” text to close/pull up the sub menu then it loads the contact page.
As well if I tap on the Contact us arrow on the right side then the page load issue arises for both the dropdown and pull up.
The above applies to stock and chrome browsers on android and safari on iphones.
It’s now just the “pull up issue”
Clear as mud?

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperInteresting – I’ll have to install the stock browser on my phone in the morning and play around with it.
Thanks!

And what about the pop up issue? This is a problem on all browsers.
Also, I’d really like to see the menu expanded by default. As it is I have to tap the contact us menu item twice to go to the actual page. The first tap drop Downs the sub menu but then I have to tap it again.

Hmm The problem is still occurring on my stock browser… Loading the contact us page when I activate the drop down.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperWill work on a solution for this for v1.2.4 (1.2.3 was just approved on WP.org and will be live soon).
