Is GP built on an existing framework like Bootstrap?

Hello,
I love working with GP so far!
I need to coordinate my marketing WordPress site that uses GP with an admin panel built on Bootstrap.
Are there any frameworks that you used to build GP or should I consider the theme its own custom framework?
