    When you ran the Tools > Import.
    Did any content get imported ?

    This could be because your server is not allowing enough time to complete the process.
    So – did any content get imported ? If it did, then try running the Tools > Import several times to see if is the server just timing out.

    Nothing was imported as you can see on staging.getdiscount.ro

    But i can speak with hosting provider to raise time to complte the process if you tell me how much to put 🙂

    May be easier if you show the host the errors you are receiving when importing the .xml file

    Surprise, now a part of import working (hosting provider tried too)
    But some elements was not imported.
    Should i try to import with Site Library?
    This is te error log

    Am eșuat în importul Media „health-logo”

    Nu uita să actualizezi parolele și rolurile utilizatorilor importați.

    You can try importing from the Site Library.
    If not you may have to run the Tools > Import method a few times.

    Still have problems when i`m trying from site library other template. Is importing just the css style wihtout importing Content 🙁
    you can take a look to check content from xml imported file, and style from other template 🙁

    Theres an issue on your server, and we cannot say what that is.
    And the Tools > Import process should work – that may be the only way to go.

    I’ve researched the specific errors you’re getting with the library, but I’m not finding any answers. It’s also not an issue for any of our other customers, which leads me to believe something is misconfigured on your server. However, since my research is coming up empty, I’m unable to even suggest what it might be.

    However, “Tools > Import” is practically the same thing, it’s just the built-in WordPress tool (and even uses the same code, which is curious why it’s not working in the library).

    Those few elements that weren’t imported are definitely not crucial, you can simply upload your new logo (which you’d have to do anyways), and create a form in the MailChimp plugin (if you’re using MailChimp).

    I’ll look more into why this was happening. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    Hi guys,
    Please can you tell me what is the minumum server requirement to manage a good functionality of your template?

    I tested on an another server and the import was great.

    Please i need this info to know if i need to move to another hosting provider or not

    I definitely don’t think there was an issue with the server specification you have, when i checked the settings in Tools > Site Health, you have a high spec server.

    We have users working on various servers, from very low spec servers from Namecheap to high end Kinsta servers.

    You may want to consider a host that provides dedicated WP Hosting.
