[Support request] I imported the demo from the site library but why is the full demo not importing

I imported the “Trade” demo from the site library but why is the full demo not importing?
The demo doesn’t appear exactly as it appears in the site library after I import it.

Hi there,

go to Dashboard > Tools > Site Head and on the Info –> Server tab.
Compare your settings to these:

PHP max input variables	3000
PHP time limit	120
PHP memory limit	768M
Max input time	120
Upload max filesize	256M
PHP post max size	256M

These are my basic settings, can you make sure yours are similar ?

Yes, i see it – you’re settings are much lower than the ones i provided.
Speak to your Hosting provider and ask them to increase those settings to match the ones here

That should be fine, try re-importing the Site from the Library
